HOW OUR RETURN POLICY WORKS

Return Policy

  1. If your product is damaged/ defective or incorrect / incomplete as it arrives at you, just contact us within the return window duration. You can return or refund the product if you contact us, depending on the product's condition and category. 
  2. Note that the product which is no longer needed by you it is not returnable or refundable.
  3. For issues related to devices after usage or the expiration of the return window, you will be referred to the brand warranty center if it is applicable on that product. 

In spite of the fact that we endeavor to give you an awesome customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not happy with your buy, you can return your Order for a replacement.

Garments / Shoes-

  • If the delivered product is not what you order or does not match.
    If the delivered product has any sort of defect, damage, incomplete pieces or stained.If the delivered product does not match the size you had ordered.
    Exchange and return is possible if the product has its tag, unused or unwashed.
  • You must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sale-able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged
  • You can initiate replacement process with our customer services within 3 days from the date of delivery conditions apply (please refer shipment model)

 

All Electronics products–

  • If the delivered product is not what you order or does not match.
    If the delivered product has any sort of defect, damage and incomplete pieces.
    Exchange and return is possible if the product has its tag, unused or unwashed.
  • You must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sale-able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged
  • You can initiate replacement process with our customer services within 24 hours from the time of delivery conditions apply (please refer shipment model).
  • * Like standard market practice we also do not return / exchange the burned and mishandled electronics products.

 

Interior decoration-

  • There is no return / exchange policy of interior decoration items except the following conditions.
  • If the delivered product is not what you order or does not match.
  • If the delivered product has any sort of damage.

The Valid reasons for returning:

  1. Delivered Product is broken, damaged or defected as arrived.
  2. Delivered Product is inappropriate, different or has missing components/parts.
  3. The delivered product is no longer needed by you or you have changed your mind and wish to get a different one. This is applicable to some selected products.
